I live at the very top floor, you will notice a STICKER on the DOOR that says CHIMENTO with the City register number#
Please do not lose your keys. You can use any of the sandals, flip flops near the door.
The hot water tank is ON, you can turn it OFF if you would like to save electricity.
Please use the shampoo, body wash.
You have fresh bed linens and towels, feel free to use the outside drying rack that is connected to the sun room. I do not have washer, but there is plastic basin if you’d like to use.
The AC unit cools your room, and the entire apartment if you leave your door OPEN. Press ON and OFF from the remote control. Turn off AC when you leave the apartment for the day.
Use the fan too!
Please use the kitchen, and the sun room!
There is a garbage bin in the sun room and a garbage bin in your room.
Please drink the water bottles in the kitchen and fridge, it is from a natural water source nearby.
Coffee is free, I roast it here at the apartment sometimes. You will see it in the glass jars in the kitchen. I have a french press and 2 mokas you can use, and remember the mokas can only use the small burner.
Please use the instant coffee packets too.
Make yourself at home! If there is a SPILL or accident…The mop and broom are in the sun room/kitchen,and under the kitchen sink.
Everything in the home has been found, reclaimed except the NEW BEDS, shelves and the electric guitar.
I have breakfast for you, It is in the BLUE CRATE in the kitchen

Extra toilet paper and paper towels are in the above cabinet in the sun room.
There is FIRST AID KIT in kitchen on top of the fridge. Sun lotion and sunglasses are in the living room on the metal shelves.
Internet password is on the fridge.
Please be careful of the OPEN windows.
IF the electricity goes out and everything is dark, go to living room, you will see white box above a bicycle tire. JUST SWITCH THE LEVER and it will all turn ON.
Do not leave anything in the apartment HALLWAY.
No microwave, No TV
No Compost.
Big trash cans are on the street.
Umbrellas are near the stove.
If you go to Catania there is a good market everyday except Sunday called Carmelo market. I think it ends at 2pm
