Bar Vabres i4n Palermo is a beloved specialty bakery with an on-point coffee roaster that you wouldn’t expect, yet it is rated among the best in the city. The family establishment was founded onsite in 1969 and later revitalized by Alessio Vabres. It blends classic Italian café culture with a passion for high-quality coffee and artisanal baking. Here you’ll find expertly roasted beans and meticulously prepared espresso, with an educated staff who prepare the drinks. It’s known locally for its inviting atmosphere and powerhouse coffee that I would say is the best in the city — perhaps even on the island. It’s truly in the pocket.

Pellini Caffè –
I dont know much too much about these big guys.The Pellini family started the company in Verona in 1922. Today, it is managed by the third generation of the family. Pellini is known for its slow roasting process, which gives the coffee a balanced and smooth flavor. One of its best products is Pellini Espresso Bar, made from a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans.

Caffè Motta was founded in the 1960s in Melfi, Southern Italy. Today, the company is based in Salerno, near Naples.
